SCRAMily Attire Shopping Policy

Effective Date: 11/21/2025

1. Ordering
- Orders can be placed through our official website or at approved events/markets. 
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items. 
- Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details. 

2. Payment
- We accept secure payments via [Insert Payment Methods: e.g., Stripe, PayPal, major credit/debit cards]. 
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). 
- Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

3. Shipping
We average 3 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:

  • Express (International): 3-5 business days, drop shipped from China.
  • Premium (International): 4-7 business days, drop shipped from China.
  • Standard Plus: 3-5 business days in US, 7-14 business days international, drop shipped from various US fulfillment centers. Please note: this shipping option is only available with premade cotton products. 
  • Standard (International): 15 business days, drop shipped from China.  

Please note, shipping times are estimated. Our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore Kin Custom cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimate them. For Home Goods, we average 10 business day production. If you are in a US territory or have an APO address, check out our delivery times here.

If you have issues retrieving your package, please contact Kin Custom and we are happy to assist in getting your package successfully delivered. We encourage all Clients to enroll in our carrier services such as DHL On-Demand, FedEx Delivery Manager, and UPS My Choice, to get real time updates on your shipments.

- Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. 
- SCRAMily Attire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers. 

4. Event Purchases
- Items purchased at flea markets, pop-ups, or events are considered final sale or exchange-only, unless defective. 
- Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of purchase. 

5. Returns & Refunds
- Online purchases may be returned within 15 days of delivery (see Return & Refund Policy). 
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. 
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. 

6. Customer Responsibilities
- Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checkout. 
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders.
